this conversation for some time after I caught your talk at the London School of Economics about carbon dominance, where you described the politics of climate change and you put it through the lens of both carbon and power.

Would you mind walking us through? What is the strategy of carbon dominance?

Well, essentially carbon dominance is what I would call what's going on in the United States just now.

And that requires a little bit of unpacking.
