And I'm Antonia Dodge. And this week we were sitting down to start a new series of podcasts talking about how to grow your

co-pilot in your personality. We're planning this out and we as we're planning

out we're thought well you know the car model what we talk about here a lot at Personality Hacker is so important for that.

Let's make sure we know which podcast we talked about the car model, and let's make sure we reference it on this short series of

podcast that we're getting ready to record.

And as we were searching through our website

and some of our podcast, we realize that we actually have never

dedicated an entire podcast talking about the framework that we use all the time

here at Personality Hacker which we've called the car model. Now we have articles on the

car model we've got a couple you know graphic

about it when we talk about all the individual types.

So if you look back through the catalog of a lot of podcasts,

when you find your personality type, let's say,

I NTJ, for example, we talk about INTJ's in the framework of the car model, but we don't have a high level, you know,

structural conversation around the car model itself and how it applies to all types.

And so we thought we'd take some time today before we kick off the short series to go back and make sure you're caught up in case you're a new listener and you've never heard about the car model before or if you've been here for a while and you've heard us allude to it
