unusual call. A woman was behind the wheel of a car that was drifting along in a residential

neighborhood moving slowly but still out of control. She's driving through a

school zone.

Witnesses advised us that she slumped over the wheel.

The car drifted left the center,

sidewiped the other vehicle,

then drifted back into her lanes. It was traveling so slowly that one of the witnesses was able to open the door and actually stopped the car physically.
