Summary

Canyon has today officially unveiled its third-generation Aeroad aero road racing machine. As expected, it’s more efficient aerodynamically than its forebear, with modern features such as fully hidden cabling, a disc-only format, and a proprietary integrated cockpit. However, it’s also stiffer than the previous version while retaining that model’s admirable comfort levels. We sat down with the engineers behind the new Aeroad. This episode brought to you by Canyon.

1:11.5

Well today Canyon is releasing the new version of their air road, their

1:16.2

flagship arrow road racing bike. It's, you know, well, it's, well, we've seen spy photos of

1:22.3

it before. I mean, I think probably the best known one was sort of a clearly strategic placement in a SWIFT ad quite a long time ago that

1:29.5

Like a year ago like a year ago that that you know some people were like oh my god can you

1:34.0

accidentally put that bike and it's with that like no I don't think that was a

1:37.2

mistake. Anyway we now have official details on this thing I've been riding this bike and now we have a whole

1:45.1

bunch of Canyon staff on with this podcast to give us all the details about it and I think

1:50.4

we should just jump right in.
