It's May 24th, 2010, and this is The Candid Frame. Welcome to another episode of the show. Before I begin our interview, I want to share that the

that are regularly available on the feed, I'll be producing periodic content specifically

Today's guest is Diego James Robles, a photojournalist who is beginning his photographic career.

Diego first discovered photography while serving in Kosovo during his stint in the U.S.

Army. This eventually led him to study at Ohio University School of Visual Communication,

where he's recently graduated. He's currently on staff at the Denver Post.

As much as I enjoy having the opportunity to speak with seasoned veterans of the photographic world,

I also enjoy speaking to people just launching their careers.

I think it provides a great perspective on the different paths we can take,

which allow us to make photography an important part of our lives.
