Summary

Chris shares his thoughts on what it's like to give up a career that's been a big part of his life, and how he's adjusting to a new role as a candidate. He also talks about his inspiration from fellow Missouri congressman Mark Alford, who left his job as a news anchor to run for office and is now using his skills to effectively communicate the Republican agenda.

Chris opens up about the challenges of leaving behind a career that's been a big part of his life, and how it's been a difficult adjustment to stop being a morning radio host. He talks about the importance of being able to communicate effectively and connect with people, and how he's learning to listen to what people care about rather than just following the news headlines. Chris also shares his admiration for Mark Alford's approach to using his skills to communicate the Republican agenda, and how he hopes to do the same in his own campaign.

And that's given me a bit of an outlet. But it's not exactly straight up my own show. I'm doing it for another entity. And so, you know, while I can express myself a little bit, I can't be as candid with everyone as I am here and as I have been able to be on my show for all the year. I mean, I can offer my perspective on news, but not about the campaign just because totally get that. yeah and and it is a great show and i love it
