Hello and welcome to the show. It is the call-in show, the show where you get our number, and we are at your mercy. Hello, blonde.

We truly are at their mercy. Sometimes they're at our mercy. You never know what you're going to get. That's the nature of the game. You're that Richard Parker? Well, okay. We're just naming names to start the show. Okay, I was not expecting that. I'm to lose canon. Jeez. Oh, my God. Okay. Well, I was going to say I had a rough day. And I had a rough day because I actually, I had a bad breakup today.

It was, it was devastating. And before you think, wow, Matt, his life is going crazy. He's moving. He's got a kid on the way. Why would he get a divorce? No, that's not what I mean. It was a different type of breakup. So I told you about this on Skype, but I just, I want to gauge if I'm crazy or if this guy's crazy. So it's part of the getting into the new house. There, there is some shopping for a loan that must be done. And I've been doing that over the course of the last week, and for the most part, I want to stick with smaller local banks for a number of

reasons.

But just to do my due diligence, I did reach out to one large player just to see what they were

offering and to see how I could compare to what I'm getting with the banks around here.

And I've been back and forth with this guy, this representative by email

and phone for a big national bank for since like Thursday. And he made me jump through a few hoops

that the other banks didn't. He seemed to think that this was going to be a lot tougher to achieve

than the other banks didn't. And they advertised a certain rate that

they came in way higher than. So for the most part, it was like, this isn't for me. So I didn't

really get serious with it. And as of yesterday, I made my decision to go with a local bank here that

did a great job and I think got me the best deal that I'm capable of getting for my family.
