that I had over the weekend.

Just the anxiety around prioritizing time

and unplugging from work as a manager, founder, entrepreneur.

The big two seven.

Birthday, two seven, July 4th holiday?

See, it's both a great thing and a horrible thing having a birthday on July 5th because, well this year

actually all horrible because normally it's great. July 4th you get fireworks

before your birthday. This year they didn't even do fireworks where I was. But the issue is is

July 4th. No one is going on Facebook. So I I feel like I get a depressing number of

happy birthday texts and messages and I really love love being loved but it's okay.

I had a great birthday it was fun.

Were you able to disconnect?

I was not able to disconnect.

I feel anxiety around disconnecting every time I try to disconnect.

When was the last time you successfully disconnected?

I haven't not touched something related to Morning Brew
