let's talk about Christmas first, Caroline, because we got to brag on Greg here.

We had an LB's Christmas.

We got the Wigoo strips.

I write for a living, and I don't know that I can properly describe how good those were.

All we did, I got the big green egg ready, got the fire, let it calm down, made it just right.

And literally, I let the stakes come to room temperature and I season them with salt.

Just salt. I mean, yeah, it's just,

I had one of those exact strips that you had and I sued meed mine for 48 hours at 110 degrees and then did an open fire and just literally just burned it on each side for five minutes.
