When the German army marched into an eerily quiet Paris on June 14th, 1940,

and the people looking for safe passage out of France

would first need to visit the doctor at his home

to receive the necessary medical treatments for the journey.

Had they known what the doctor intended to do to them in his home, however, well, they might as well have just asked the Nazis for their help.
