Summary

As the sprawling investigation reaches its peak, the killer strikes again. Another young woman is found brutally murdered and dismembered — the first killing since the original discoveries. In an unexpected turn of events, Belgian police are approached by the FBI, who suspect that the Butcher of Mons may have ties to the United States.
