Up until now, college athletes were unpaid amateurs. But soon they'll get to have a piece of their multi-billion dollar industry.

For the first time, all NCAA athletes are now able to make money from a wide variety of business ventures without losing their eligibility.

Back in June, on the heels of a major Supreme Court ruling, the NCAA announced that college athletes

would be allowed to make money off their name, image, and likeness. And that announcement was met with quite a bit of support.

These athletes are the ones that I've been producing, so I'm happy that they have a chance to actually make some money.
