Here we are, episode number 1098 of the Potter's cast.

So stoked, so stoked to be hanging out with you. Okay, I did the sanding,

and I got to tell you, it is cold here in the Pacific Northwest. I did that sanding the other night,

and my hands were so cold. You know when you get your hands super cold, and then when they thaw out, so to speak, they just kind of swell up a little bit.

And then you kind of, not like swollen hands.

I'm just saying like you can feel the blood rushing back into them.

Well, that's how my hands were.

So for like a half hour after sanding them, my hands were just freezing.

I've got one of those really cool guy sanders that I can go through a ton of work with really quickly,

but it still takes probably about a half hour, 45 minutes to sand everything.

Because I do not only my work, but I also do my wife's work that was all fired in that 1027 from

Scott. So there's a lot of work can fit in there. So I had to sand all those pieces and it still takes a

half hour, 45 minutes. But man, it makes them feel so buttery smooth. Buttery smooth. Love it. Yeah, they just feel so good when you're all done and you know

one of the things that i hate is getting a pot and the bottom of it is really scratchy one time i was

showing some work to a friend of mine and he was wanting to buy some work so So I got a number of mugs and pieces and brought

them over to his house and I set them down on his coffee table and he grabbed one and picked it up.

And when he did, he kind of dragged it across the surface and it left a big long scratch in the bottom in his
