So the reason I've got Jim here with me is because Jim is the one who basically helps me plan these sabbaticals so that when I'm away,

I can really be focused on what I'm doing in my sabbatical and not have to worry about the office.

And so he makes sure all that stuff's taken care of and set up.

And Jim himself has also taken at least one sabbatical, right Jim?

I did. I took one last year, and then I'm due for another one in 2022. So next year.

Yeah. Okay. So the way it works at Michael Hyatt and company is we let our employees take a 30-day paid sabbatical once every three years.
