Jen, what's wrong with you?

Well, as you know, Hannah, I am more of a coffee drinker,

but I only allow myself, unless it is in dire circumstances one cup of coffee a day now

that's well behaved it's a joyless life what can I say it's because I sleep so badly so I was a bit

like well maybe I'll just try not to have so much of it so So one very strong coffee in the morning when I get up and then, yeah.

I now whispers have to drink decavanated tea.

Ooh, and her.

I know.

Because of sleep.

I know.

Partly because of sleep, partly because, you know, blood pressure medication. You know, partly because you have to kind of sleep. I know. Partly because of sleep, partly because, you know, blood pressure medication.

You know, partly because you have to kind of start to look after yourself

and I do drink an obnoxiousomatic.

Anyway, I bring all of this up because some scientists in Australia

have concluded that drinking tea could help ward off osteoporosis in older women.
