Making a video today had something I wanted to talk about.

We're doing it inside.

It's a warm sunny day out, but man, that wind is just vicious.

I tried on the porch a minute ago, and that just wasn't going to work.

So we came in here.

Years ago, several years ago, maybe 15 or 20 years ago, and it took place over a long period of time. This is going to sound silly, but hear me out.

I took really, really long showers, um, like 20, 30 minutes, long hot showers. And, and I did that for a long

time. And my wife would gently rib me about it, you know, my long showers. And I showered

every day. Um, and by the way, this video is not about taking a shower.

Okay?

And it got so I was pretty addicted.

You could say that.

I was pretty addicted to my long, long showers. And I also realized at one point

that I did my best thinking in the shower. If there was something that was coming through and I just

couldn't get the, couldn't get the handle on it, I couldn't figure it out things.

And while I was in the shower,

a lot of times that quarter would drop.

It'd be like, ding, oh, there's what I need to do.

There's the answer.

And I myself back then was like, why am I so addicted to these showers? And why do I do my best thinking in the shower?
