Another weekend of drama in the WSL, a late goal for Man United, an awesome hat trick for

Bonnie Short and the threat of relegation grows for Leicester City. We'll be covering it all or

as much as we can on today's pod. As well as the action in WSL, we'll also be looking ahead to what the Champions League

quarterfinals have in store for three English clubs, some of whom are facing each other.

Before we get stuck into the WSL action, obviously we have to go through our moments of the weekend. You're raising your eyebrows because once again, both of us have forgotten that the moments of the weekend will be in the running order every single fucking week. It's so annoying. It's baffling to us that it comes up as a surprise. Oh no, we can't. We're going to talk about her later. We can't do that. That was the most obvious one. Literally.

Rachel obviously appreciated the significance of the part that I've played in the relationship

for the last four years and I'm just really happy that you've given me that honour and bestowed the gravity of that

is quite huge, do you know what I mean? So it's funny how people interpret different things,

different ways, isn't it? Very much did not include the word speech in the invite I sent you through,

but you replied asking if you could have 35 minutes set aside. Yes. So that's not enough. We will work that into the running order. Thank you. Appreciate that. I suppose it is a football one if you like. My moment of the weekend, we were trying to work this out pre-record. And I was saying if we had like a dictionary of all the football players, right? Yep. And next to it you had a little clip that just kind of summarised that player. The quintessential nature of the players. Yeah, okay, go on. You're with me. An encyclopedia of the WSL. All right. That goal Beth Mead scored was trademark Beth Mead, picking it up out wide, little one-two around a player, whipping it with her left foot into the bottom corner and then a proper meadow celebration as well so i'm going to go with that because i'm like that would be what would go next to beth mead in the little football encyclopedia or dictionary there's quite a few of those isn't it it it's like bunny shaw and headers oh my god kira waltz and screamersers. Georgia Stanway and Screamers. Yeah.
