It's a little bit after lunch I guess.

For most of you hope that you're doing well today.

There is a lot going on in the world.

Some good, some bad, but isn't that always the case?

But it's one of those things now where we hang on to good news probably more so than ever. One of the things that

I wanted to share with you guys, you know, in the opening moments of our show here, is that

there are a lot of people out there that profit and peddled fear. And so let me just encourage you again to kind of stick with the experts out there.

Listen to the people that are actually in science and in disease control and that sort of stuff.

It's amazing and it's incredible to me.

And I see this stuff on social media all the

the time it's like the same people that consider them experts about college

football recruiting and about politics or about anything else it doesn't

matter the topic there are some people that simply know it all I'm going to

encourage you to to avoid those people don't listen to those people because they I'm going to encourage you to avoid those people. Don't listen to

those people because they're just going to lead you astray. They're going to lead you down the path

of worry and regret and all that sort of stuff. And there's enough of that going on anyway. So again,

listen to the experts. And I don't just mean the talking head news people.

I mean the people that work at the CDC.

Those are the people, they know what they're doing.

So rather than read and watch interpretations of what they're saying,

pay attention to what they're saying.
