Good afternoon, fellow investors, and welcome back to Invest Talk.

I'm Lou Guerrero, and today is Thursday, June 12th, 2025.

And although it was a quiet day in the markets today, it certainly has not been quiet this year.

Things are constantly, constantly changing, all around us.

Not just this year, not just this minute, well, yes, this minute and this year, but all the time.

And so our jobs as investors is to try to do the impossible, which is to filter out the noise, to filter

out the distractions, to filter out what is unnecessary, and get to what is most important.

And those are the things that affect our daily lives, and also affect our ability to save

for our future. And so we here at InvestTalk hope that we are but a small

part in your journey to becoming a better and more educated investor. And so our responsibility

from what I see is to bring you stories that are important, to try and help you sift through what is not,
