from don swiney this afternoon uh let's just start to pick our way through it there's nothing

official on taylor hall as of yet what your your lead Bruins thought right now, Ms.

So look, I think the Hall thing is imminent. I think it's going to happen any second.

And I base that both on the reports that are out there. And frankly, you know, Don

Sweeney met with the media earlier today and said we made significant progress.

When do you ever hear a GM talking about a contract negotiation before the player has been formally announced as signed,

saying we've made significant progress?

Yeah, it's done.

Yeah, it never happens like that.

Never.

You just say they never admit anything.

Well, we'll see how it goes. You know, they all act like it's not done until they carry the ball across the goal line, which technically is right. But I think it's literally, I mean, I know we discussed it in the email exchange. I think there's a good chance it's going to happen before we go off the air today. They're going to announce it. Yeah, I thought it'd be right at one.

The signing moratorium ends at one.

I thought it might be over before we go on the air. So I think that's easily the best news that we've heard in the last 24, 48 hours as it relates to the Bruins. And again, it's a break. it's a it's good fortune for the Bruins that Taylor Hall wants to be here is willing to take less to be here.
