| 1:08.1 | He does marketing for an arts organization, and he works for a coffee |
| 1:11.5 | company. From the outside looking in, working in the arts and working in the coffee industry, |
| 1:17.3 | they are seemingly very progressive industries, and in many ways they are. They're very inclusive. |
| 1:23.1 | But I think that sexism still is part of those environments, and there are very few women in power in the arts. |
| 1:34.9 | I mean, there certainly are some, but many of them tend to be gay women. |
| 1:40.2 | Ben's gay himself, and he shares a house with a female couple. |
| 1:43.7 | They're married, and he says the three of them spend a lot of time talking about gender and gender stereotypes. |
