And I'm like, every drop is beneficial.

Like it's, and as long as it's good for you, like I'm not

someone, if someone's like, I just want to stop,

or this is really exhausted because it is,

it can be a very emotionally difficult experience,

especially if you're pumping or you just feel,

it's just really hard.

So if you want to stop, I absolutely support that.

But then, you know, if the mom's like, I want to keep going,

but it's even worth it, I would tell you it absolutely is.
