In honor of Mental Health

Awareness Month this May, we've chosen to donate $12,232 to active minds. It's a nonprofit whose mission

is to mobilize our youth and young adults so that they may leave a transformative movement in

mental health by amplifying the collective

and diverse voices of our next generation, active minds is building of movement of lasting champions

who can help improve mental health norms for all of us. Yeah, I think it's really cool. As you guys

know, Dan and I strongly, strongly believe in therapy and talking to one another about the reality of life. And it's many, many challenges. And, you know, just by talking through our struggles or sharing what feels insurmountable, we believe lives can be saved. And that's why Active Minds became this month's charity. The founder, Alison Melman,

lost her brother, Brian, by suicide. And he was like the last guy you would suspect. He was smart

and popular. He was also overcome with depression that he thought he had to face alone. And so,

he died by suicide when he was in college. And her belief was that, you know, this potentially

could have been avoided if he didn't feel like he had to suffer in silence. So that was our mental,
