that when we are trying to reestablish trust after a breach, communication that confirms that everything

is going well doesn't actually rebuild trust. There are those of us who say, but look, I've been good for so long.

I've been following the rules for three weeks, a month, two months, six months. Why don't you

trust me again? Those lines of communication do not rebuild trust. Those were ongoing before the
