I'm here on and today we're talking about season 2 episode 7 butcher baker

You know it's it's not quite homelander mowing down. Everybody had a protest with its heat visions, but I did quite, I did quite like how the storyline kind of got exploded, pardon my pun, with the congressional testifying scene.

Boy, there's something about just, it just illustrates how like the concept of these

supers kind of break the justice system, you know, they're like mafia bosses

only there are no human limitations to them you know and how

terrifying that could be and how hard it is to bring anyone to kind of

justice when when you're dealing with that.

And there's also like I maybe wonder maybe a question like you know how much

like homelander and Stormfront are into because they were front and center and kind of looking around bewildered.

But no, I really like this episode. It has me wondering how the hell can they pull this out of any kind of nose dive in just with one episode to go because it just seems like it's so empire strikes back.

Our heroes are just getting their ass kicked every other episode.

What do you think to him?

Yeah, no, I thought it was awesome too.

The question, like that idea of, oh, how can you bring any, you know, evil soup to justice is one that I think doesn't have a good answer and

almost can't have a good answer because our court is you know at its best moments focused on the idea of proving beyond a reasonable

doubt that someone is committing crimes, has done something bad. How do you do that when there's no physical evidence? Like, I don't know who's popping heads here. I want to say that maybe it's Cindy that we saw at sage grove last episode.

How do you prove that she has that power a and then B how do you prove that she used that power in that situation?

And there isn't another soup out there who did it, right?

Like, the evidence there would be impossibly hard to gather

and the case would be impossibly hard to prove I would think.
