I love this series called Unusual, and if you're just joining us, I wish I could do it

I normally do, but I'm trying to correct myself, which is recap, the whole message from

last week as by way of introduction, but I can't do that because I absolutely love the

setup for tonight from last week.

If you just got here, the title itself says it all, unusual, therefore, with the net of

it, is this, that we are worshiping, walking in a relationship with, no, an unusual God.

There's nothing ordinary or normal or mediocre or average about God.

He is extraordinary in every way, and we, who have been created by Him, A, have been brought

back into a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ, that's what we've been singing

about all night long, and then have been filled up with His Spirit, given amazing gifts,

opportunities, abilities, and then placed on a mission in life, we shouldn't be usual

either.

Life should reflect something extraordinary because we're in a relationship with an extraordinary

God.

There's, you know, life seems to pull down, doesn't it?

Life always seems to pull down that gravitational pull to the lowest common denominator, and then

we get on the treadmill like everybody else in life.

I do it and you do it, we all do it, and the treadmill goes like this.

The weekend's over.

Well, our weekend isn't over quite yet.

We got a great now to worship, Falcons are going to play tonight, you know, a little party

going on to the house, and then the weekend's over, and then you got to get up and get going
