I'm, of course, your host, John Campia, and this is the show we talk about

the things that we love, movies and movie news, TV and streaming, those things that give us joy.

I'm joined in studio today by our technical director, Jonathan Voico.

Hello, everybody. Writer, director, producer, Robert Meyer Burnett.

I almost impaled myself on a fence this morning as a gust of

wind blew a palm fron down on my head i'm glad you specified a fence uh that that's good to know

and most importantly of course you guys are here thank you so much for being here making our

little show part of your day we're so glad that you're joining. So let's not waste any time and get right into it, shall we? And we're going to start off with this. You know, for those you've watched my show for any period of time, you know, I'm actually a sucker for heist movies. I really get a kick out of them. Even some of the ones that aren't so good, I get a kick out of them.

And of course, one of the big, big names in Heist movie films are The Oceans Films.

Now, I never love The Ocean Films as much as the first one that George Clooney, Brad Pitt,

and Matt Damon did.

But I still enjoy them, nonetheless.

But anyway, they've been talking about recently an Ocean's 11 prequel, for those

you may not have heard of it, Margo Robbie and good Canadian kid, Ryan Gosling, we're

going to re-team up to, I think, play Clooney's parents in a prequel. Well, if you're like, yeah, I remember that,

but wasn't that like ages ago? Whatever happened with that? Well, there's a reason for that.

They keep losing directors. And they've done it again. This comes to us from the folks over

Dariotti writing Twisters director Lee Isaac Chung,

who did a really good job on Twisters and his film Minari, by the way, which is amazing.
