Hello, friends, benders and non-benders alike. Welcome to Braving the Elements, Nickelodeon's brand new podcast about all things Avatarverse. I'm Janet Varney.

And I am Dante Bosco. And we're so thrilled to be here together to celebrate this amazing world that Mike DiMartino and

Brian Canetsko created 16 years ago. A world, might I add, that continues to grow even as we

record this first episode of the podcast. So exciting, right, buddy? Totally. We are bringing this

podcast out to the fans, but even before, way before this podcast existed,

as you mentioned, we have the whole world of The Last Airbender, we have the whole world

of The Legend of Cora.

That includes, you know, video games, graphic novels, comic books.

We are so excited to be a part of that and to really try to be this kind of source for all things, Avatarverse.

We're going to try to be. We're going to try to be that.

Not only will we be doing recaps and discussions about all of the episodes.

We're starting this first season, of course, with Last Airbender Book 1 and of which you play a giant part my dear

Zucco but we also have a bunch of episodes where we do just talk to cast from the show

creators of the show directors writers we're gonna get in there and basically we're

going to work every connection we have to get as many behind the scenes folks

for you guys who are listening as we can, right?

Yes.

A deep dive jump in.

I can't wait to catch up with some old friends.

Yeah.

And also, this whole world has marinated now for over decade, 15 years for some of us in the first show to see where it lies.
