Well, well, well, my friends, I have a parable for you today. Who doesn't love a good story?

I love a parable to kick off my day. And maybe you've heard this one. Maybe you haven't.

But I always believe that what you're listening to, what you're tuning into, has a message for you.

That's why you're a frequency match. And maybe you need this message today. So the parable is called

the lost watch in the mine. Have you heard it?

If you have fabulous, hear it again. If not, get excited. So a miner loses his very valuable watch

while working inside a deep and dusty and dark mine. He and his several other

minor friends search frantically for it. So they kick up dust, move rocks. They talk over each other.

They're like, where is this watch? But they can't find it. The watch remains lost. And eventually, everyone gives up.

Later, a young boy who'd been watching quietly from the sides asks if he can try to find it.

He walks into the mine alone, sits silently, and waits.

Within minutes, he walks back out, holding the watch.

How did you find it?

The miners asked.

He replies,

it was easy.

I just sat still.

I listened

and I could hear it ticking.

Woo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-who-wow. Isn't that a story? My friend, what if sometimes the noise, the hustle, the frantic searching isn't the answer? What if it's silence? What if it's stillness? Sometimes I find myself doing this. I think that the solution
