Summary

On November 8, 2005, Kenny Bartley took a gun to school in order to trade it for OxyContin. When administrators discovered the gun, the scene turned deadly as Bartley opened fire. After receiving a second trial due to a successful appeal, was justice served for the 14-year-old school shooter? Due the events that followed his second trail further illustrate the flaws in our criminal justice system?
