Today, the day we were supposed to record our next conversation, she was not feeling well at all.

She's going to be fine, but I really didn't want to cover the subject myself.

So we reached out to our friends, Greg Young and Tom Meyers of the Bowrie Boys New York City History Podcast.

The Triangle Shirt Waste Fire is something that we get requested to talk about quite a bit.

It's a little bit outside of our focus and our format, but it's certainly not outside either of those things for Greg and Tom.

The Bowrie Boys Podcast has been around since 2007, telling the stories of New York history.

Because the Triangle Shirt Waste Fire happened in New York, they are uniquely qualified to discuss not only the tragedy of the Triangle Shirt Waste Fire,

but also the women's protest movement that was happening even before the fire.

The guys also interview Valerie Paley.

She's the co-curator and director of the New York Historical Society's Center for Women's History.
