I'm starting today's podcast by gradually approaching the microphone in a very gentle

fashion because a girl on Twitter called Arla said that last week's introduction startled

her because it was very abrupt.

I spoke last week about how much I enjoyed writing the book and a read a short story

I was on the late late day on Friday advertising my book in front of Ryan Tuberty and on television.

And for any brits or yanks or Australians listening, the late late show is an Irish talk
