Today, like every other, is important.

Chris Clem spent 27 and a half years in federal law enforcement.

He was a chief patrol agent, supporting law enforcement, first responders and veterans,

U.S. Border Patrol out of Sam Houston State University.

That's the short version.

He's spent a life at the border, and he knows what's going on down there.

And the chaos and the trends from the time that he started in the mid-90s to now.

It's changed a lot.

He's had a front row seat, and I think that needs to be listened to.

I think we need to understand what the Border patrol is going through what they see. And he's got a lot of perspective on this. He knows there are criminals coming through. He also knows there are necessary workers coming through and families coming through. So he sees this from a lot of different angles, and we're going to get his position on it and talk about what can be done to stem the tide of chaos.

This is hurting people on both sides of the border.
