It’s my birthday week! I love birthdays, getting older, and celebrating life and growth. So for this special birthday episode, I’m sharing a comprehensive list of the books that have changed my life and the reasons why.

4:20.0 | Not all of these books are ADHD related as a matter of fact, most of them are not. I've read so many books on ADHD. And I don't know if you can relate. But it's like, how many can we really, how many can we really like digest? |
