throughout that year. And maybe you took us up on that challenge earlier this year. Well,

now it's June. And I hope you're reaping the benefits of spending time in the Bible. If not,

it's not too late to start or to restart.

The Bible we're encouraging you to read daily didn't come to us cheaply. Nancy's here to explain.

I've been encouraging us to develop a new heart, reverence, and appreciation and love for the

Word of God. And I've been encouraging you, if you're not already in the habit of starting a new habit

of spending some time every day reading God's Word.

That's the only way you'll ever get to know God.

You can't know Him apart from knowing His Word.

And we've been giving a 30-day challenge.

Here's what that challenge is in case you've missed it.

Encouraging you to make a commitment that every day for the next 30 days, you will spend

some time alone with the Lord in His Word and in prayer.

Just getting to know him, cultivating a relationship with him.

And don't put yourself in the bond and just saying, okay, I'm going to do this for two hours

every morning.
