1:06.6	And the things that haunt us are the things that you said or did, you know, days, weeks, months, probably years ago, that still keep you up at night.
1:18.0	That you still can't believe you said or did or brought up in front of somebody or like those moments like you put your foot in your
1:26.3	mouth and you just think about it for the next 18 years and you can't believe you
1:30.4	that those are the things that haunt us. So we're keeping the
1:33.6	haunted theme but it's not scary and we're gonna keep it light. I have so many of these. I have so many of these and
1:40.6	honestly some of them you want to know the worst part of so many of my
1:45.3	my things that haunt me they're on podcast episodes they are recorded they are they are out there
1:52.4	they are out there for everybody to listen to. When people message me and they're like, oh I'm starting from the very beginning, I'm like, please don't, please don't because I really don't stand by like 95% of the things that I said.
