you got interested in Chinese medicine and maybe incorporate in that answer a little bit about

what Chinese medicine is for listeners who are like, I literally don't know what I'm about to listen

to. Sure. I started to be,

you know, I was interested in Chinese medicine because I was originally a martial artist.

I went in, I was in the competing level. I have my blackout in Taekwondo. So I was really

interested in the Asian culture. And I was getting injured from sparring and I tried acupuncture to help with recovery, to feed up recovery.

And that was really amazing.

Then I learned all the amazing benefits of acupuncture.

As a child, I suffered from childhood trauma.

So I was diagnosed with PTSD.
