The reason why tantra has helped so many individuals specifically in understanding sex, love, and

relationships is because in tantra there's no good, bad, right, wrong. Many of us, like myself,

were raised in a religious institutional dogma that says, if you do that thing, you're going to hell,

right? Or you're a bad person for even desiring that thing.

And we can apply these tantric teachings that aren't really about sex or just about how can we

be here in love by love for love as a compassionate human. And we can apply them to the space of

sex, love and relationship in a contemporary way to

understand, yeah, how can I be here more in this emanation of love and not in operating

in these tendencies of like feeling guilt and shame and fear in the body.
