This is a game changer because Brent, I love what you've done where you really break down

what it means to be a real estate investor.

And you've done it in such a way to where it's concise, it's concrete,

it makes a lot of sense. It's easy to understand.

And it takes this overwhelming thing of being a real estate investor, because there's so many different things you could do, and really, really simplify it in a way to where somebody can identify their bottlenecks, identify where they want to fit best, maybe where your strengths are, where your weaknesses are, and really what you want to do as a real estate investor. You and I both love the short game, flipping, wholesaling, but that's not, that may not be your end game. Right. There's lots of different ways you could end up in this business. I think you and I both modified lots of things over the years on how we do the business.

But you've got this kind of format that you break down and we can pull it up here on this giant,

I feel like we're on CNN or something on this giant screen here. There it is.

There it is right now. So Brent, walk us through this.

And we're going to have a conversation as we go. But somebody listening right now, ask yourself,

you know, I like real estate. I like the idea. I like the income potential. But really,

what do you want to do with this business? What do you want to create? You get to decide

what you create in this business.

And I think where you're going to have the most success is where you align your personality, your style, maybe your goals, your ambitions to really create the best real estate investment game.

Yep, right? Would you agree with that?

I'm going to say some controversial. Good. Oh, this. it. Yeah. I think you're I think that you need to have a license to buy rental property. Not a real one, but I'm just, this is just like a, I would say you have to talk to a thousand property owners and or real estate agents about ugly houses

before you're allowed to buy your single rental property. You know what? Brent, I said something

very similar. I said it a little differently. I'm going to say it a little differently, but the same thing.
