For those of you who don't know, Joe Negro, Joe grew up on the Southside of Chicago, one of eight children. He grew up in a blue collar family,

in a blue collar community while working blue collar jobs. And Joe has translated that blue collar mindset to achieve success in various walks of life.

He was a standout basketball player, playing for Lewis University in Illinois. And he played with his three brothers and was a second round draft choice for the Houston Rockets, so the boy could ball out.

After starting his real estate career in 1987, Joe became one of the most successful agents in North America, selling over 2500 homes.

Think about this, the average agent sells 10 homes a year. And so just a huge talent. 18 years ago, I asked Joe to start sharing his insights at events.

Well, let's kind of dive right in, right? That's kind of the blue collar way. And we're both blue collar boys. Your dad was a Mason, a concrete finisher, as well as working for the city of Chicago.

Classic blue collar. He worked two jobs. Mom was a homemaker and my dad's a house painter. My mom was a homemaker. We've laughed over the years that our moms look like twin sisters.

You'll grow up in a blue collar family blue collar mindset and you took that mindset and had translated it through many, many different aspects of work and success. And I really want to dive into that.
