When a person gets caught doing something wrong, the first inclination, the built-in response to most people is, let's find somebody else to blame.

That's in all of us.

That's in our children.

It's in their parents. And why is that?

Because it was also in our first parents. The blame game started long, long ago. In fact, you can trace it all the way back to Genesis chapter number three. Now, we have examined this conversation that Satan and Eve had,

and then we've looked at the fall of man, Adam and Eve's direct disobedience of God's

command and the rebellion. And now they realize it. The question is, when you realize you've sinned, what will you do? What is your

response? They began by running. That doesn't work. Then they tried to hide. That doesn't work.

And then they tried to blame someone else. Let's read a little beginning in Genesis chapter 3.

You'll remember God has already asked one question, Adam, where art thou?

By the way, it's a good question for all of us.

Where are you right now?

Spiritually, where are you at this moment?

Are you right with God?

Is there anything between you and the Lord?

He continues with another question.

Verse number 11.

He said, who told thee that thou was naked?

Has thou eaten of the tree whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
