And we started last week talking about high on the hog, the Netflix special about black food food and we wanted to go deeper into that because

we both love black food so much and actually you know interesting I just went to a friend's

house a white friend's house who cooked um he said it was a very good cook and made fried chicken

and waffles for everybody. And the fried chicken was good. I let him know before we got there.

High pressure, you're making fried chicken for a black man. You better like step it up and come

correct. The chicken was good, crunchy.

I hate to validate stereotypes, but it was not sufficiently seasoned.

It didn't have enough salt.

There probably could have been more pepper.

There could have been more garlic powder.

There could have been more onion powder.

It could have had like a more

like a more what what was on it because you named all the things it could have had was there

something that was on it that stood out um i don't know i don't know that there was any seasoning on it

i think it was just fried and like presented.

Fried and what though?

I mean,

like flour.

Yes, I get it.

But like nothing you want you don't.
