be voted on today, or may not be sort of passed by the house today. We're not really sure.

Supposedly at five o'clock this morning, they reach the final text of a bill that

according to house procedures, there should be 36 hours to allow members and their staffs to

go through it to make sure that there's nothing in there that they can't vote on.
