Well, we want to take a look back on some of the defining moments from the past 10 years.

This is a topic that was a huge debate on the MPR Politics team itself.

So we've narrowed in on four moments, four moments that we think explained politics as

we understand it today.

And we know you might disagree with us.

That's totally okay.

But we're going to start in chronological order.

And that starts with the Tea Party.
