Hey everybody, this is Gary Vay, nerd chock, and this is episode 121, the Ask Gary Vee Show.

I'm in a very good mood, it's a Friday, it's gorgeous out, it's Madalena's birthday.

I don't know if you can get there, D. Ruckett, it's her birthday. She's 40 years old today, it's tremendous, happy 40th in Madalena.

I get to announce the winners of the contest, which means one week from today, three of you, from the VaynerNation will come in here and replace India and Stefan and D. Ruck, figured out D. Ruck, figured out.

And Steve, somebody, oh is he here? I was about, no, somebody's lazy on Fridays.

Good solid week of work, very busy, a couple of shows, we really were only schedules for one, but we got in three this week, and is what you call hustle VaynerNation.

John asks, what is your favorite swear word of all time?

John, my favorite word of all time is dickface. There's something about dickface that really, really, you know, I don't know why, but like, I think when I use it, people just really like, it's actually never really thought about the word until just right now. I mean, it's pretty self-explanatory.

You thought I was going to say dickface? I do say dickface a lot.

That's a very interesting strategy to start the show. I mean, you know, I kind of feel like, you know, the show's growing very quickly, and you can imagine there's a lot of people who are watching for the very, very first time.

That's a pretty aggressive move on question number one of all time watching the Ask Gary Vee Show. So welcome, newbies.

Daniel asks, as a guy who loves hustle and people, what is the unforgivable sin one of your employees can make?

Let's see, unforgivable sin that one of my employees, I mean, there's actually, there's a lot of things that I really think are very important to me and like, not lines in the sand, but, you know, what's interesting is it's funny hustle and people, I'm not worried about people's work ethic.

You know, it's funny, actually, I've been thinking of D-Rock stuff on, I've been thinking about making a video actually about, you know, hustle may be my superpower, right?

But it doesn't have to be yours, right? Back to everybody's strengths and weaknesses. Mind just, you know, I'm a little bit concerned that a lot of you who are watching this, you know, you hear my mantra of Hardwork247365, and start trying to force yourself into going in that direction.
