i've heard a lot of people talking about the ending of wonder Woman 1984 and I think a major thing

that most people are missing is that since Maxwell Lord had become the

wishing stone when he renounces his, all the other wishes made on him became

undone. So a little boy who wished for giant monsters to appear wouldn't have to undo his wish because Max already undid it. See what I mean?

Now, I'm going to let you know and I

my bad I should have given you the warning before reading the question but if you

don't know anything about Wonder Woman 84 at this point I think most people do but

if you don't and you don't want to hear any spoilers and for the next like 10 minutes or so we're going to be talking about the end of Wonder Woman 84 and this one big question that comes up. And so let's dive into it here.

What a lot of people are talking about is when Wonder Woman 84 ended,

Steve Trevor and Diana said earlier in the film that the only way the civilization can be saved is if everybody undoes their wishes.

Steve Trevor literally says, everyone has to renounce their wish.

Everyone has to renounce their wish.

Okay, so then what happens? We fast forward to the end of the film, right? And Maxwell Lord

realizes that, you know, the world's about to be destroyed and all that kind of stuff, and he realized that he wants to save his son so he believes that the only way to save his son is to announce his wish so he renounces his wish.
