Summary

In today's episode, I unpack the current energy crisis affecting kids, particularly the damaging influence of social media on their self-awareness. I discuss the necessity of helping young people and adults alike understand and appreciate their true selves. The dialogue shifts to my own journey, recounting a time of personal conflict and the harsh consequences of living inauthentically. This leads to a powerful realization of self-hatred, stemming from a life lived for others' approval. I share insights on the profound importance of teaching and embracing core values, reflecting on my personal transformation and finding faith despite losing everything material.
