Marketing is the hardest part of real estate. This I've learned over time and it didn't

occur to me until, you know, I've just been in the game longer and I had to start

doing marketing for all my businesses. Marketing is really hard guys.

You know, you think about, man, I can't find a deal.

Well, that's marketing.

You just aren't marketing good enough.

There's lots of ways to market, right? I mean, you could. marketing good

marketing. You could network with people. You can network with wholesalers and realtors and that's your marketing.

You could co-call and text and you do some direct-to-seller,

you could try and find deals on

the MLS or Craigslist or whatever that's that's another form of marketing.

You can go you know PPC TV commercials direct mail, Facebook ads, all that stuff.

They're all forms of marketing,

and that's why it gets really hard,

because there's lots of ways to go about getting a deal

and it confuses people. Most people I see who are successful in real estate,

they're already naturally pretty good sales people and the problem is they just

can't get leads. The problem is they just can't meet enough people that just

basically it comes down to they don't know how to market and I've thought

about this this a lot especially since we've coached thousands of people

through wealthy investor and I'm like man how do you fix this issue and

we've done it in a couple of ways you know one is by having a big community people and students do deals together with each other.
