Yes, that's what we called it in Detroit.

The night before Halloween, it was when you went out and you egged houses and telet papered houses and soaped windows,

and then eventually graduated into burning down crack houses, and then houses that aren't crack houses,

and then pretty much anything you want.

Detroit and the old, it's much better now, mostly because everything that was that people in

neighborhood wanted to burn was burned. Occasionally a car goes up, but other than that, no big
