We have a lot to get to.

We're going to jump into some good mailbag questions.

But we're pleased to be joined by our colleague from the athletic, Ralph Rousseau, who is joining us from Destin, Florida.

In the SEC meetings, lots going on.

We have plenty to dig into at the playoff.

But Ralph, I want to start with this you asked a very

interesting question to s c c commissioner greg sankey on monday at the meetings basically framing it

and i'll paraphrase it about sanky representing what is in the best interest he feels of the SEC in terms of,

in the context of where does it fit in with the best interest of college football?

Can you walk us through a little bit about the question, how you feel like he answered it,

and where you think this is headed.

Yeah, so I think a big part of it was, so Greg spent a lot of time yesterday during a

45-minute media session, and we expected this, like that he was going to get a bunch of

questions about the playoff because there was some movement last week and we're still 26.

We're less, you know, we're like 16 months away from the 2020 or 18 months away from the

2020 season.

We don't know what the playoff format is going to be for 2026.

So we anticipated that he was going to get

a bunch of questions and he did get a bunch of questions. And Ralph, just to set it up, you reported
